We offer returns and exchanges on all clothing items. However, for scarves we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If the item is damaged or the print quality is not up to our standards, we may be able to make some exceptions. Customers are required to get in touch within 5 business days to report an issue. If this is the case, please fill out the Contact Us page and someone from our team will get in touch with you directly. Photos will be required to show the damage or print quality issue. For any exchange or return issue, please follow the policy below: 

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • You need to report the issue and ship to below address strictly within 14 days of receiving the order
  • Return in its original packaging – including dispatch note
  • You are responsible for paying for postage to return the package
  • We will give you the decision to exchange for another size or give a full refund
